About EXSA
Launched in 1994, the Excellent Service Award (EXSA) is a national award that recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service. EXSA aims to:
- Develop service role models for staff to emulate
- Create service champions in the industry
- Inspire service staff to scale new heights
- Recognize and professionalize service excellence
The Singapore Hotel Association is one of the six industry lead bodies managing EXSA, with the support of Enterprise Singapore. Nominees for the EXSA award are required to attend a 4-hour EXSA development workshop.
